I can certainly understand wanting to respect a court's decision in another country, however, what you seem to be missing here is that that country is protecting that entity. That particular entity is using a different weapon on you and you now need to fully understand that weapon which is being used just like you've gained the knowledge of the spamming weapons used against you.

I've spoken to a couple of people in India as well as europe.

They've advised Indian civil courts have zero jurisdiction outside of the country AND such an injunction has zero precedent inside India in any case.

Concensus is that 1: You seem to be acting in a foolish manner by taking the information down without consulting a lawyer first and 2: You weren't served, therefore the decisions are invalid AND in any case the best response to such a case filed in another country is "Lack of Jurisdiction"

Genbucks/Sancash etc are trying to use legal threats to get people to take down information, because that information is exposing them to criminal litigation in various countries.

The best thing to do is publish all threats made and attempt to trace the sources - as one of the big problems for criminal investigators in various countries is finding out WHO is behind the operation.

I have a question since you have quite the knowledge and understanding on this topic. I purchased products through this company not knowing it was fraudulent. Is there any way of getting my money back from "max herbal" since they stated that option originally?

I was trying to find the web site for max herbal to get my refund and i stumbled across many other sites which definitely alerted me but this one had the most information.
